Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Assist guests with any requests or issues during their stay, ensuring their satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
-Previous experience with Opera/Opera Cloud is a plus - Previous experience in hospitality is preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations - Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
