Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant, Corporate Communications performs clerical, support, and administrative functions in an effective and efficient manner for assigned business unit.
Responsibilities:
Performs advanced administrative tasks including scheduling, preparing communications, contracting, budget development and tracking, expense reports, travel arrangements, meeting agendas, and quarterly and annual team strategic planning.
Communicates with team members, internal associates, and external partners on behalf of Vice President of Corporate Communications.
Work closely with the VP to keep him/her well informed of upcoming internal and external commitments and responsibilities.
Coordinate, attend, and prepare summaries of Corporate Communications TEAm meetings, as well as meeting with internal and external partners.
Serve as a Strategic Planning auditor by attending all quarterly and annual meetings to prepare Department Metrics and monitor progress, participate in planning strategic initiatives that facilitate the team's ability to successfully deliver People First results, and help cascade metrics and priorities to the Corporate Communications TEAm.
Coordinate and support team and individual professional and personal development plans.
Actively participate on the Coordinator and EA TEAms.
Support creative and other communications functions with digital production as needed.
Complete special projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, monitoring progress and problem solving.
Conduct research, compile data, and identify solutions for the VP and other TEAm members.
Maintain TEAm SharePoint sites and be an Office 365 Champion.
Organize and maintain Monday.
com boards and other ongoing tracking, communications, and organizational tools.
Uphold and participate in all Corporate Responsibility programming including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
This position has food safety responsibilities.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
All applicants must have a B.
A.
or B.
S.
degree; or a minimum of seven to ten years of proven administrative support functions for a senior Executive; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
All applicants must have strong experience with Internet based software, social media platforms, and Office 365 applications including but not limited to Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
