Position
Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated person in our Warehouse Organizer position on first shift for someone with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment.

Job
Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of the Inventory Control Manager.
Maintain clear traffic areas for forklift operation, delivery of goods to production lines using a sit-down propane forklift or combilift, the reorganization and storage of materials and parts, and participation in inventory control activities including cycle counting, labeling, and reorganization of materials.
Responsible for continually maintaining a clean and safe working environment that allows for quick access to materials used in production.
May include banding pipe, moving materials from bin-to-bin, and repurposing/assembly of storage systems.
Act with integrity demonstrating responsible, ethical, and honest behavior at all times.
Communicate effectively, and concisely with all audiences.
Keeps others informed and listens carefully to input and feedback.
Maintain a positive attitude; maintain a high volume and high-quality workload under demanding conditions.
Demonstrate safe and efficient handling of forklift operating equipment within confined spaces.
Ensure all safety and security measures are considered during implementation of all stages of change throughout the warehouse.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrated dependable performance with consistent schedule adherence.
Demonstrated willingness to learn various materials and parts used throughout the production facility.
Ability to accurately read and utilize tape measure.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
A minimum of 3 years sit-down propane forklift and/or combilift operation is required.
Prior experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
Crating experience preferred but prior carpentry experience will be considered.
Environment/Physical Requirements This position is carried out in an outdoor storage area that is not climate or temperature controlled.
Must be able to lift 75 lbs as needed throughout the work shift.
This position requires intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion such as walking, standing, lifting, climbing, stooping, etc.
Lifting materials and/or equipment which may be heavy (75
lbs) by hand or utilizing forklifts.
Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, and odors.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
