is searching for a Maintenance Admin Assistant to assist the maintenance department.
This person's duties will include, but are not limited to, handling routine and advanced duties for the Director of Maintenance, organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices and offer general staff support.
The ideal candidate will possess organizational, communicational, time management, project management, customer service, data entry and analysis skills.
Also, has phone etiquette and can work in a team environment or alone, dependable, people, detail, and achievement oriented.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suites, especially excel.
Knowledge of Dossier Fleet Maintenance software and/or McLeod systems preferred.
Previous maintenance or administrative assistance experience is encouraged to apply.
This position reports directly to the Director of Maintenance.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 0700 to 1700, overtime applies after 40 hours per week.
