Individual makes periodic tours of facility and grounds to check for irregularities.
Preserves order and may enforce regulations pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
Duties include:
1.
Guards, patrols, and monitors premises to prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
2.
Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
3.
Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security/safety or premises, securing entrances and exits as appropriate.
4.
Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to appropriate persons as is required by the post.
5.
Escorts personnel to and from parking lots, or between buildings, as requested.
6.
Monitors and directs vehicular traffic as needed in emergency access areas.
7.
Responds appropriately to the facility emergency codes.
8.
Reports and investigates all security incidents involving patients, visitors, staff, or property.
9.
Collects and secures patient valuables.
10.
Carries out specific tasks and duties of a similar nature as required for the assigned post.

Additional duties may be assigned and/or modified according to business necessity.
High school diploma or GED required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
