Responsibilities Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay to meet the high standards of quality as set forth by Mansa Hospitality Answer and screen phone calls Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources Qualifications Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner Time-management and organizational skills We are looking forward to hearing from you.
