This high volume, fast pace, seven doctor practice is looking for an energetic, positive individual with at least one year of customer service experience.
This person must be extremely detail oriented, excellent at multi-tasking and have a great love for working with people and animals.
Hope Animal Clinic offers a wide range of veterinary services so responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following:
Checking patients in which requires properly documenting the patient's medical history and the desired services or treatments Efficiently managing a multi-line phone system Accurately checking out patients and receiving payments Manage a drive thru pharmacy Be able to effectively communicate with clients and other employees Display team work at all times We are open from 7-6 Monday-Friday and Saturdays 7-12.
Ideal candidate must be available to work any hours that the clinic is open.
Pay is based on experience.
