The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse inventory and staff.
This position will specifically be responsible for team members that cover warehouse organization, job picking/staging, material handling from dock to warehouse locations, and outside process job transactions.
Responsibilities:
Assists Inventory Control & Logistics Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Duties:
Maintains accurate inventory locations for new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
Prioritizes daily work for the team based on production needs.
Resolves inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
Schedules material being picked for internal and external processes.
Collaborates with Inventory Control & Logistics Manager to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
At least 5 years of related experience required; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
2
years of propane forklift operation experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
