Position Description
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities within the Distribution Center.
Duties include:
Planning, budgeting and scheduling facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs
Overseeing the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and security/alarm system
Supervising of Facilities Specialist and janitorial staff
Minimum Requirements

years facilities engineering experience and demonstrated leadership skills
Critical Skills
Experience with:
Conveyors
Hydraulic systems
Mechanical and/or Electrical systems
HVAC
Team supervision
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Working knowledge of company products and operations
Oral communication skills,
Visual acuity
Manual dexterity
Education
4-year degree or related field or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements
General Office Demands as well as the ability to meet demands of facilities work which includes lifting/carry items up to 100 pounds and climbing ladders.
Ability to operate power equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, man-lifts, reach trucks, tuggers, scrubbers and sweepers.
